First off, I never said that jets hadn’t been invented yet, that was your own retarded misinterpretation. Additionally, the building was not made to withstand a MODERN COMMERCIAL AIRLINE jet.

You should get your facts correct before posting a stupid comment that jets were not invented before construction of the twin towers. Jet engine construction has been around since the late 40,s, commercial jet engine flight started in the early 50,s. You are over 20 years out, you sir are an idiot.

That’s not true, commercial airlines were common by the 1950s and the first jet airliner, the 707 was introduced in 1959. The WTC main tower was not finished until 1972.

For christ sake – the towers did their job – they withstood the impact of the planes. The fire is what is said to have collpased them. Look at the fires – they’re not intense enought to melt steel.

Right, two planes hit the WTC. However the WTC survived the impact and returned to a stable state.
But we are told the collapse was due to fire, not the planes, but it has already been shown that the fire was not intense enough to cause a collapse so fast (7hrs after).
Therefore you’re statement of:

is a moot point. Especially when we consider one of the main features was to resist a jet impact.
Also, once again you are not comparing like events. You omit that the building was also struck by a commercial airline jet when you say “no steel structure has ever collapsed due to fire”
