Will car travel in cities end with the construction of this “zero-emission city” in the United Arab Emirates?

Will we all be using our feet, bicycles, and public transit to get around? Will this city being built in the UAE succeed? Will we all be living in walled, six-square-mile cities?
Will car travel end?
IMO, while this will happen and some people will flock to them for various reasons, I don’t think it will become mandatory or even normal for decades and, by that time, man made global warming will be revealed for the hoax of the century that it is.
