saudi arabia all of all places? the biggest funders of terrorism in the world. why would you send someone there to be rehabilitated?

I have no idea….especially given that we already knew that many Saudi prisoners had been sent to Yemen where they were promptly released. Why Bush would allow him to be released when he was, according to the DOD, still involved in terrorist activities is beyond me.
