It’s (tricked) scared a lot of Americans intoallowing the government to invade more of their privacy when flying now and probably increased their support for the U.S. ‘war on terror.’

Maybe because it’s a real issue and one that isn’t going away soon. We could ask why many claim they are productive citizens in this society too, but we won’t.
