Problem solved: name the country – Palisrael.
Does someone know where is this documentary from?
Was it recorded from TV?
Religion and government don’t mix.
Exactly what I’m saying. After decades of hatred peace will not happen overnight. Let us begin the process at least. It will be a gradual process. Once the people have lived in peace for a few decades, only then we can start discussing major issues like flags, names, anthems etc. Peace is not the end, its the means.
Remember, a dumb man fights, a wise man negotiates!!
the way israel has been doing
we r considerd subhumans. the bigest mistake is to think that israel is driven to jeudism, israel is driven by ZIONISM. most of the zionism laws come from the “talmud”. if u have ever read the talmud u will knw how disgusting it is. dnt now say that im racist or what not, listen what the talmud have to say about jesus and christianity and u will have a different view about the whole issue. zionists took the name of jeudism and tarnished it, zionists arnt jewish, because no religion allows kiling
1. symbolic because they are in an open air prison, to get international atention to let the world know what is happening in gaza, to stoop israel form starving them to death. yet the world is still silent and they blamed gaza for starting the war. y didnt just come from europe and practice their religion freely and live in peace just like the christians and muslims? y do they want the land for them selves? dont think israel is a democratic country, maybe just for israelis, but for us we r……
ofcourse the name and the flag of the contry matters. a pali wont want to live in a country named israel and the israeli wont want to live in a country named palestine, the same with the flags, they should make new names or whate ever ths isnt important. but on ur (2) comment, these rockets firing into israel from gaza are firecrakers they dont have a dinamite, they are garbage rockets what hamas is firing into israel, the rockets dont even have direction, the rockects are symbolic. because…..
When this goes on for a long time, a single state could be created, like they did in Germany. But to develop trust after decades of killings takes time. (Another point for why all conflicts should be non violent)
2. Continue firing rockets, and take revenge. Then they will take revenge, then you will take revenge. and this will go on, till either natural conditions change drastically or one guy nukes the other. Because getting a democracy to agree on gunpoint is impossible.
1. Start focusing on the people not the states. A baby born in Israel is no different than one born in West Bank. Let them have a peaceful society. Let them grow up respecting each other. Let their be borders, but only in name. If you could go at leisure anywhere in Israel and do whatever you wanted, how would it matter if you were in a nation named X or Y? This will take patience and resolve. I think the UN will support this and all international help will be provide.
Well the Israelis will never agree to that, given their history. They will argue that once a single state is formed, Jews will again get persecuted. And its impossible to defeat a strong democracy with violence. Because terrorist attacks unite a nation like nothing else. This is an extremely tough problem. Because both sides are right. In my view, their are two solutions:
just one more thing, the 1 state solution is acheivable. think about it. we will have to tolerate each other just like in the usa the blacks had problems, but now they tolerate each other BECAUSE now they have rights like the whites and work in governments and now OBAMA is president.
it will be very rough but in the end if we all have the same rights in everything the violance will end and for us work freely and move freely just like the israelis now. but man israel doesnt want that, this is the only way israel will ever have peace.
what do u think the sloution should be?
im glad to hear that the rest of the world knows the truth. yes they did go through alot of pain, but we r not the germans, we didnt deserve this either. this 2 state solution I do not support because of many reasons. I wish we can have a country of our own offcourse, but seems their not going anywhere and we arnt going anywhere either so i think the best sloution is a 1 state solution with EQUAL rights, agree on one flag and a name of a country that we both agree on. there will be VERY rough…
We in the ‘rest of the world’ are not dumb. We know Arabs were there and Jews came en masse after the holocaust and created Israel. But they underwent a lot of pain…were killed like animals. I’m not Jewish but I can imagine the horror.
Anyways, I’m curious to know, what according to you should be the solution?
who are now going to grow with no parents, over the years they will bulid up this huge hate. OFCOURSE they will become violant, thats the sad truth
well non violent resistance is the best way. BUT first, the brits in india and south africa, the brits knew and everyone else knew that it wasnt their land….so in the end they got out. but israel conviced the world that it is theirs…even with non violence their not going out. secondly how r we going to convince the man whos child, mother, wife, sister, brother, etc.. got killed. how ru going to convince him not to be violent? in gaza there is more than 50% of the pop are children who have…
Cheerz my man, god bless
Hey hey! I never said anything about Islam. Its a religion and like all religions its great. The first step to the Palestine problem is to treat it as a political issue and not a religious one. Then dialog can begin and both sides can give and take. Otherwise we’ll just go on killing each other. Lets focus on the solutions here not the problems. And peaceful solutions. Why don’t the Arabs engage in non violent resistance like MLK Junior or Gandhi did? And they were both successful.
Tuncurry. (On the NSW coast 1/2 way between Sydney and Brisbane)…I hope there is some comfort in knowing that the Palestinian cause is well known and actively supported even in little towns like mine that nobody’s ever heard of..
Australians are a pretty fair minded lot; we don’t like bullies or ‘big brother’ strong arm tactics; this makes it easy to win support amonst our peers. Like I said; wer’e growing every day…All the best to you my friend.
ur in a pro-palestine group?
thnx for ur efforts my friend.
if i may ask, where r u from?
In this enlightenned age, it seems self evident that Britain had no right to negotiate with lands it did not own. I guess things may have looked different back in the times of empire and colonialism. Any negotiations should, of course, have been with or by those who have lived on the land for generations.
Colonialism and brutal occupations are a thing of the past everywhere except where you are, but pro-Palestinian groups like mine are becoming stronger every day….
its true what you say but the british are the authors of this tragedy…..
jews took it from the bezantains or whoever the fuck, christians took it from the jews and the muslims took it from the christians. so dont talk shit about islam, this king david of the jews he isnt more than a murderer and a man who has no honor, going and having sex with the wives of his fellow solidiers.
Thats not true. Don’t be ignorant. Research the Old Yishuv.
