Why is there talk of sending the US Military to Yemen?

This will not work and will only escalate the issue. Yemen is uncontrollable. Unless our interest are in jeopardy then the troops should not be sent in. It has been reported on CNN.

Who is paying for the “war” (the U.S. claims isn’t a war) in Libya? Is the U.S. military a pawn of the UN now?
