Will someone please give me some good news about the Arabs and Iranians?

I have beeen reading the news and this is what I hear:
Hamas and Fatah at war, many people dead.
Sunnis and Shiites at war, thousands dead
Ahmadinejad threatens to wipe out Israel
Libya sentences doctors and nurses to death under totally false accusations.
The common denominator in all news about them is Death and Destruction.
If they want to dominate [...]

Someone give me some positive news about Yemen so I can visit next month!?

I don’t want to cancel my tickets, and would love to visit, but too many people are telling me not to go… so here i rest my decision in Yahoo Answers.
Also, recommendation for an insurance provider would be helpful.
