Obama Seeks Dramatically Expanded ‘War on Terror’

The Obama administration is seeking to expand the so-called war on terror with billions in budget increases eyed for Pakistan and Yemen, with boosts for surveillance and attack drones, special operations forces and a new military cyber command.
