What ever happened to AATV (Arab-American Television) ?

I remember watching it on TV as a little kid, but always wondered what happened to it ? I think it was like based in California or something, but I know it broadcasted Arabic News & Entertainment. I even have old videos of it. Someone please tell me, I just want to know.
