Should Israel allow foreign journalists into Gaza?

I definitely tihnk that they should. One, it’s making them look like they have something to hide, and two, most of what we’re getting (in America at least) is from Arab news media, who are biased, although alJazeera is rather moderate.
Also, another question, do you think that this conflict will be a repeat of the 2006 July War?
they don’t want the media to get caught in the crossfire so, when they can assure the media’s safety, i’m sure they will let them in
They should certainly. If it wasn’t for Al Jazeera, the world would have none of the images of the slaughterings and the chaos that has resulted. Why is it that Israel, with its democracy and freedom of “American values”, refuses to let the press in?
And the situation in Gaza is worse than in Lebanon. Gaza is an open prison, blocked off from everywhere. The 1.5 million people of Gaza were suffering long before the violence began. They have been refugees for 60 years and have lived under oppression.
its not their choice its gazas choice so leave gaza alone
long live palestine
they do not have the guts to do,
even the arabs media are being harassed their specialy al jazeera crew
three from hamas channel crew were killed.
in this war I think it will end in a different way than July war
unfortunately it will ends with great war in the area,
The Arabian journalists are risking their lives in order to record videos and pictures from Gaza. So far many Arabian journalists were martyred during the Israeli attack on Gaza.
And for your 2nd question, a simple yes.
Israel has something to hide. Well actually they don’t because the whole world already knows what bunch of zionazis they are. They have killed about 800 cilivians so far . Many are left with no water because the well have been destroyed, also there is no food and electricity.
Israel kills everyone U.N officials, peace activists, journalists. I believe that Israel should stop doing everythiiing it does. I’m even begining to believe that Israel should stop existing in the first place they are too much of a trouble maker.
As what — TARGETS?
That is the only thing that will come out of letting the media in-
or the world could have another Geraldo fiasco….. where the journalist
gives military locations away so part of the public’s right to know
Israel doesn’t want Daniel Pearl situations on her hands to deal with now. Media members are prime targets for kidnapping by terrorist groups who would love to send a message out there, preferably accompanied with the beheading of the journalist at the end of the message. Israel doesn’t want that.
Another reason – Israel doesn’t want media members caught in crossfire. Gaza is a densely populated area and it’s extremely hard to determine friend from foe when the bullets are buzzing over you head.
