We have an industrial complex in the little town I live in, about a 6 block radius, with quite a few large, 3 story buildings. They have their own “police” force. Hired thugs that ride around in official SUV’s.

I think people need to stop joining the military. I have nothing against the troops, BUT they can’t be mis-utilized if there’s no one available for mis-utilization.

Your point is well taken – However, when you speak of getting politically active or call and write your senators , I feel , in my head, a pounding thud, with the realization that the “powers that be” are working in ways that can’t be touched or effected at all, by political protocol – that we, as a nation, are fooling ourselves to think we can do anything to stop this hideous gang that is commandeering this take-over of the world !

The money they’ve taken out of the economy to fight terrorism has killed more people than the terrorist could ever had dreamed of- and btw for me there are no terrorist because I’ve never been terrorized- and if there were terrorist it should be cigarette and donut sellers because those are a million times more likely to kill you than any bombing .
