See full film here: www.booserver.com July 2007 For the first time ever, this journalist managed to get inside a boat trafficking Africans to Yemen, the first stage of their journey to the West. Over 100 people were crammed in with him on the 30 foot boat. Denied food or water for the three day journey and without even room to move, they became ill and dehydrated. The traffickers kept them under control by regularly beatings and throw anyone overboard who complains. When they approach the shore, the refugees are forced to jump into the sea and swim to shore. Many can’t swim or are so exhausted they drown. It’s estimated that 40% of those who attempt the journey never make it. This is their story.

RESPECT to the journalist…job brilliant done…some of my cousins(teenagers) took the same journey,some made to Europe and some of their friends died.Most of them knew the journey was hell but they’ll tell you they rather took the chance than stay in Mogadishu and live in hell as well…Total insanity.

Thank you. it is true that we are all free the minute we took our first breath. I had to leave vietnam this manner at 9yrs old to look for my long lost mother. And we were all treated the same way as your people. Our smugglers was triad member although there were few of them but they were being cruel to control water and orders by using psychlogical tactics to intimidate us. i went through the same ordeal escaping from communist vietnam for my freedom. there were 71 of us on a tiny fishing boat without food and very little water on high seas during monsoon season. I am was very fortunate to survive through that. Freedom is worthed to die for. I hope these people one day will also get to taste the sweetness of freedom. We all were born free from the moment we steped into this cruel world so we deserve our freedom

Good point – God, the Son and the Holy Spiririt and 3 distinct enities. Most idiots who call themselves Cristians don’t know this. I’m a Jew but I studied the Torah and the New testament as well and I do (I was in a reform temple and we actaually studed the new Testament, many Jews would say that I’m not a real Jew).

every country has this kind of trouble this is man made trouble to their own fella, the G-8 is always at work how to help this people, but the help they are getting is not enough because of coruption.
There is always a hidden agenda to our supposed “help.” Get rid of phantom aid, develop their markets, give them peace and health, then go spread the message of God and Jesus’ message.
Religion won’t help anyone in this state. If you really want to spread God’s “love” focus not on a higher power to do the work, but take it upon YOURSELF! We believe we are doing so good transporting food aid and money to African countries yet nobody sees the political influences behind it. All food gets shipped on American flagged ships, guess who makes the profit form Foreign Aid??? American business’!! 12% OF ACTUAL FOREIGN AID GOES TO THESE PEOPLE.
