Islam religion and Saudi culture ?which one you follow when they disagree?

its a general question … the prophet said in his hadith No two religions should apply in Arabia. very clear hadith you cannot twist it around . he did not say no two religions in hijaz(madina n mecca) he said Arabia inculds yemen too, theres a romur saudi arabia will bluid a chruch for christians here then they denied the news. the problem is those saudis who love their king more than the prophet when OUR king claims to apply sharia law.. which would you support bluid a chruch or not ?
notice, those christians are only workers here, came here for few years then will go back home they are residents if they want a little chruch in their compound it’d be nice but dont make an official one in the capital city while the jesus pics are put there. the prophet’s wife was a christian muslims did NOT bluid her a chruch, the hadith is clear it means NO official religions in arabia but islam. there are hindus(more than christians) here why not bliud them a chruch or whatever they call it ??
dont try to change the hadith it is very clear.. ive said it before i am saudi myself but muslim too. muslim saudi not saudi muslim.islam comes first. and saudi arabia doesnt allow marriage to outsiders who are non saudi. is that islamic ? lets try to saparate the royality to the country n the royality to the religion
countries come n go religion stays
Hope.. is that your personal opinion or a pro muslim who has degrees from islamic universities? j/w
yes maria but i am talking about those muslims who believe saudi arabia SHOULD bluid a chruch there. what do you think?
Nimmy. are you envying us middle easters for having money ? n workers?
any rich people would never do their work even in AMERICA.. why the envy at your own brothers/sisters muslim ? why leave bush n his family ?

People of other faiths should be allowed to practice their religion. Anyway, not all the hadiths are correct. Some conflict with the Quran.

It is my personal opinion and it also says in the Quran that there is not compulsion in religion and others should be allowed to practice their religion. So if christians want a church, let them have their church.

EDIT: Anyway, which will you follow first? The Quran which you are supposed to believe is 100% the true word of God, or some hadith which you think may be true? If a hadith conflicts with the Quranic teachings then you follow the Quran first.

EDIT: Oh yeah and if the prophet said that no two religions should apply in Saudi Arabia, did that mean he would have opposed the right for Christians or Jews to have their place of worship? No it would just mean that Saudi Arabia should remain an Islamic country with established Sharia Law. That is not to say that a few minority groups should be denied their places of worship.

Churches shouldn’t be build there. no matter what. Saudi Arabia is the land where the House OF Allah Is and where many precious assets are and Saudi Arabia has to take care of all the assets as they belong to all the muslims all around the world. They have to take care of the feelings and emotions of Muslims. So, I believe that should not happen. Those who have not been to Saudi Arabia might look at Saudi Arabia as a backward country but GO THERE for once and you would know how beautiful and Complete Saudi Arabia is. Full of technologies and high standards of living. ~!

Edit: I’m a Muslim, and I would say, Muslims shall not say that. We do not need churches at all. If the christians or others residing in Saudi Arabia, if they are not free to practice their religion by going to churches or temples, they are most welcome to leave Saudi Arabia.
I’m from Pakistan, Islamic Republic of Pakistan and we have temples and churches here. I don’t mind them having it here. they can surely practice it here but Saudi Arabia, where the house of Land is, where the birth of Muhammad (p.b.u.h.) took place, the land where many precious bodies are been buried, on that land. No churches shall be build.
And muslims who favors it,they doesn’t wanna look bad in the book of westerners, and I do not appreciate that ~!
they are doing whatever they want all around the world, we can ATLEAST show our rights and be strong for not having a church on that arab land~!

if u are so obsessed with you land and culture, why do you call exparts and make them do all your kitchen work, all your toilet cleaning, all your civil construction labour and so on..

they are also human beings and being a muslim i believe its my duty to respect others…..

if you have fear of your culture being adulterated, why dn’t you sent away all exparts and do all work yourself…

    seems logical then…..

    Edit:

Bush is not sitting in my living room, that i have to impress him by saying this..im just trying to feel empathetic…

Faisal, what is ur response to maria when she says “if they have problem, people should leave”..is that ok with you…who will then do all your labour …lol…Maria, have you ever lived in any middle east country…i guess NO…

i am living in one and i have been to three more…

I’m thinking that the expats who are working in KSA do have churches in their compounds and they have bibles there also. I dont think a church should be built in KSA, as a public place. If there are some on compounds thats good then the people can practice their religion and it doesnt effect others within the kingdom. Inshallah I will be going to KSA in a few months with my husband and I will be able to see life there from both expats and saudi women.

  7. bluesoul_5 says:

Brother, the Saudian regime is an enemy for Islam and muslims.

After the visit of King Abdullah “May Allah destroy him as soon as possible” to the Vatican and gave him the sowrd, expect anything from him.

This king doesnt understand anything in islam since he is a very corrupted person.

Insha’allah the riot is coming to remove this regime by the reformation movement that is leaded by Dr Saad Al-Fakeeh.

Muslims ask god for this movement to success in uts project to change this system.

  8. kiba says:

I believe there is no reason for a church to be built in Saudi Arabia and I’m American. My husband and I follow Islam but we don’t believe there needs to be people of other faiths in Saudi Arabia.
