If you go to Sana’a and your not a yemani you might get kidnapped or killed, in the middle east the only safe place to travel to is Beirut, Lebanon because they respect non-lebanese people unlike many countries in the middle east.

Sure. There were some reports of kidnappings a while back but it wouldn’t stop me from going. The only problem is that there isn’t all that much to do there and it’s out of the way from most popular spots in the Middle East. If you have the time and $$ to do it, go for it.

Absolutely a no go country for westerners, the risk of being kidnapped or even killed is very high.
Check The Department of State Travel Warning to Yemen and you decide.

I will suggust, you do not visit Yemen…
It mite not be advicable + you dont wanna take any risks.
instead, visit Sultanate of OMAN… or if looking for hi-tech country than head to Dubai, UAE (NYC OF MIDDLE EAST)
