Whose inhumanity is this?

P.S.
GENOCIDE IN BOSNIA
The first European conviction for genocide was handed down in August 2001. Radislav Krstic, a Bosnian Cristian Serb general, was found guilty of genocide for killing up to 8,000 Bosnian Muslims in Srebenica in 1995. The summary of the verdict maintained that Bosnian Cristian Serb forces deliberately set about murdering all the men of Srebenica: "the result was inevitable—the destruction of the Bosnian Muslim people in Srebenica . . . What was ethnic cleansing became genocide."

Bosnian Muslims were hopelessly outgunned. As the Serbs gained ground, they began to systematically roundup local Muslims in scenes eerily similar to those that had occurred under the Nazis during World War II, including mass shootings, forced repopulation of entire towns, and confinement in make-shift concentration camps for men and boys. The Serbs also terrorized Muslim families into fleeing their villages by using rape as a weapon against women and girls.
The actions of the Christian Serbs were labeled as 'ethnic cleansing,' a name which quickly took hold among the international media.
Despite media reports of the secret camps, the mass killings, as well as the destruction of Muslim mosques and historic architecture in Bosnia, the world community remained mostly indifferent. The U.N. responded by imposing economic sanctions on Serbia and also deployed its troops to protect the distribution of food and medicine to dispossessed Muslims. But the U.N. strictly prohibited its troops from interfering militarily against the Serbs. Thus they remained steadfastly neutral no matter how bad the situation became.
By now, over 200,000 Muslim civilians had been systematically murdered. More than 45,000 women were raped. More than 20,000 were missing and feared dead, while 2,000,000 had become refugees. It was, according to U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Richard Holbrooke, "the greatest failure of the West since the 1930s."

We could assume that the perpetrators were Muslims, but we do not know for sure. I agree that whomever did this, regardless of race, religious, and national background does not deserve to be called a human. This is a despicable act and should be condemned by all the nations.
I also disagree with the generalization of muslim inhumanity. Not all Muslims are willing to perpetrate despicable acts like the ones we are used to seeing on TV.
I think the international community should do better at preventing this type of crimes

Not sure what part of the country you are from (or even US), but I live in the Washington DC area and have an interesting parallel. There is a place in the Chesapeake Bay called Bloody Point. It is called that because merchants used to recruit labor to help bring cargo to America. They promised that in return for their assistance on the high seas, they would let them off in Baltimore with $100. Bloody point is about 30 miles south of Baltimore, and is where the laborers were REALLY left off. Dumped, actually. Killed and dumped overboard. And no one was chasing the merchants; they were simply saving themselves $100 a head. Let's not act all righteous when we have a pretty checkered history ourselves (and while this example is interesting but old, let's not forget Abu Graib and the many modern examples)

It is the face of inhumanity.
It is the face of Islam

Yes, members of any group be it religious, ethnic, or nationality could have done this. Many throughout history have shown themselves to be as or more inhumane.

But today, in the present, one group stands out in both the inhumanity of some of its members and in the deafening silence of both group as a whole and the silence of its individuals to that inhumanity. That group is the Muslim world. The people throughout this world who practice Islam. They are the inhumane of today.

That's not anything Muslim, some people did that the same way Christians could, or JEws, or Buddhists or Atheists, whatever. Its just some people. They were breaking the law anyway, so those are probably not Model Citizens.
