Do these “people” have any idea what the owrd peace even means? Part of the definition is generally understood to be an absence of car bombs and shooting those fleeing a bomb site with automatic weapons.
Why must they be such savages?
EDIT: LOL, the first two answers come from BDS sufferers. Who will you people blame for all the problems in the world after January 20?
shihadah: One cannot be a racist against a religion. Learn the language, Achmed.
lea: Please cite a case of a Christian, Jew, Buddhist, Confucian, Hindu, Zoroastrian, follower of Shinto, etc…killing in the name of his faith within the last 100 years. In the unlikely event you are able to do so, for each one of them you name, I can name 1000 Muslims who have done so. Therein lies the difference.
oscar, secure_white_american, etc…: No, BDS is the mental affliction which renders (mostly) otherwise sane people incapable of seeing the world except through the prism of “Whatever happens, it’s Bush’s fault”.
captain: The overwhelming majority of whom were killed by their fellow Muslims.
bette: Please don’t fall victim to the apologists’ call for moral relativism. While you might not like certain characteristics of fundamentalist Christians, the fact is that there’s a world of difference between boycotting sponsors in order to try and force the cancellation of a TV show they find offensive and lopping off the head of an “infidel”.
bob: Any non-Muslim “fundie” IS better than a Muslim “fundie”. Nobody else teaches that his Deity instructed him to kill all “infidels”…and then live up to the command with gusto.
parachute: Your link alludes to “over 340 imams on many websites, documents and live speeches – all publicly declaring over and again, ISLAM CONDEMS TERRORISM!”. While that’s great, what about the remaining millions? When some clowns who called themselves Christians blew up abortion clinics, the denunciations flew from the pulpit of almost every church in the country. 340 imams speaking out against Islamic terrorism is about 335 more than I knew existed, but it’s barely a drop in the bucket.
Comrade: Maybe illicit affairs are your idea of the proper way to “lighten up”, but they are not mine. You are the sort of willfully blind troglodyte who thrusts his head into the sand and refuses to recognize the very real threat to Western Civilization posed by expansionist Islam. I don’t hate you, but I feel very sorry for your lack of ability to see events clearly. You are the philosophical descendant of those who spent the Thirties nay-saying about Hitler and the threat he posed. Sadly, it took a global conflagration for them to see the eerror of their ways. I’m afraid it will take another one for the apologists on the left to see the folly of theirs.
tausee: What a crock. A “Christian” who kills in spite of his religion is not the same thing as a Muslim who kills BECAUSE of his. Common street crime is not terrorism. Flying planes into buildings while shouting “Allahu Akhbar” is. Anyone who is incapable or unwilling to see the difference is simply beyond reason.
Well, there is Bush.
Yes, conservative republican chickenhawks.
“bds” is the mental illness that people that still believe all of bush’s lies suffer from. Why can’t those people think for themselves?
the answer is simple, kill them first !
Take “religion” out of “religion of peace” and then it’s just peace!
you a class A idiot….
Why must you be racist and stupid and retarded?
Organized religion has a way of turning peaceful, lovely people into hateful morons.
“My god is bigger than your god!”
“Yeah? Well my god can beat your god up!”
“I’m telling!!”
“MOOOOM!!”
Give me a break.
1.4 million dead Iraqis might make some think otherwise.
edit:
Most of those died from coalition bombs.
killing in the name of faith? Have you heard of Northern Ireland, where in the last 100 years you were killed for being the wrong kind of christian?
How about the christian militia?
Admit that fundamental religion is harmful, no matter the flavor.
Islam is the religion in pieces.
Obviously they don’t. Religion is ignorance in a lot of cases. People hide behind their man made religions to justify doing heinous crimes against others and justify it to themselves. By proclaiming that something is “God’s” work or will people can justify anything. Religion teaches us that God created us and has all the power in the world to do with us as he sees fit. By claiming that “God said too” anything is okay in these people’s eyes. It is a shame that people choose to be so ignorant, but there is nothing that can be done with religious fanatics, regardless of which religion they choose to follow.
Yeah, my fundys are better than your fundys. But they have cooler hats.
This is an interesting site I just found. Muslims against terrorism at first glance.
Dude!
You keep asking the same question over and over.
Most Muslims are like everyone else on the planet, going about their daily lives, eating breakfast, taking a dump, taking care of their family.
Some are like you and are eaten up with bigotry and hatred.
Try to get your young self laid by a woman of color and maybe you will lighten up.
This is not religion. This is politics. The word “Islam” always gets the top spot because media wants to add spice to their news. Terrorists have no religion. A murder happens every 30 minutes in USA.

But do you see this in your news:
“Christian terrorist kills another innocent”
Obviously not. The media does not want to put it that way.
See the crime statistics for yourself.

The countries where islam is the major religion are either in the bottom of the list or not even in the list.
There are many religions that talk about peace. There is only one that shows ways of implementing peace and thats Islam. I would like to quote a verse from the Holy Quran:
Whoever kills another one without justifiable cause, surely he is killing all of humanity. And whoever saves the life of another one, surely he saves the lives of all of humanity. [Sura Al Ma'aidah: Ayah 32]
You decide.
