Bosnia still has a travel alert for US citizens? I have to ask why on earth because I don’t know (Western European countries such as the UK, Netherlands & Belgium certainly do not have an alert on Bosnia
I can’t speak for Yemen, but I go to Bosnia every year and I am still alive and kicking with all limbs intact….
Honestly it is as safe (or even safer if I read about some places) as the US. Treat people with respect and you will get the same back (as with everywhere). If you go there you will get beautiful scenary, polite and respectful people, great food etc.
I love some of the “ignorant” comments from people who don’t have a clue and just write for the sake of it (e.g. Spectre)…… sad… very sad
where ever you travel it’s all about common sense and not putting yourself in a position where you can be taken for granted. stay with other people at all times, there is safety in numbers.
