1. ‘Over the years, bin Laden and his fellow terrorists launched numerous strikes against U.S. targets with the stated design of getting American forces out of Saudi Arabia — including the twin embassy bombings in East Africa; the attack on the USS Cole in Yemen, and, eventually, 9/11.’ (CNN)

2. ‘The United States has said that virtually all its troops, except some training personnel, are to be pulled out of Saudi Arabia.
The decision was confirmed by US Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld during a joint news conference with Saudi Defence Minister Prince Sultan.’ (BBC)

Is it foolish to deny that it’s possible? The US government is secretive (28 pages of the 9/11 Commission Report concerning Saudi ties to 9/11 remain ‘classified’) and the American mainstream media mute about Saudi Arabia. (15 of 19 hijackers were Saudi – where’s the journalistic curiosity?)

Yes possible. I think the Saudi government is trying to keep both parties happy though so they will always be able to say they were on the side of the Victors.

No I don’t believe they are. Usama Bin Ladden is not allowed in the country of Saudi Arabia. He is banned from it.
