Yes, you can go anywhere.
It depends entirely on the passport you hold. On an Israeli passport, the answer is NO and if you are one, you would not have asked this question.
I have even heard of an Armenian jew who was given UAE citizenship.

A Jewish person is welcome to the UAE as long as he/she is not an Israeli citizen or have an Israeli stamp in his/her passport.
Otherwise no problem. It’s just a political thing.
