I see you posted all right wing web sites

Iran is a non issue, they are pursuing nukes to protect themselves from the USA who invaded the two countries on either side of Iran based on lies..

If I were Iran (remember, Persia invented the game of chess) I would stun the world by becoming the peacemaker. Yemen and Somalia are in desperate need of a unifying force. I would offer a unifying Principle. My overt and covert goal would be to unify the Middle East. Overt in terms of peace, economic development and put an end to wasting resources on armaments. Covert in that success would make Iran much like Moscow was the heart of Soviet Union. Putting aside the concept of National Boundaries (for are not we all the children of Abraham?) I would enlist each Nation to offer what it has. The Middle East has been too long under the thumb of Western Powers. We have everything we need to become a Great Empire. We have oil, money, water (which must be SHARED, oh you of the desert!) and every other resource including the genius of our people. Even Israel can play a great role. Abandon dreams of destroying it, it is a great resource and has been begging to be allowed to help. Let it!

I would build nuclear power plants, which gives credence to my uranium enrichment program and also harnesses the Green movement to my banner. Oil is too precious to burn for its heat value and we don’t want to release any more greenhouse gases than necessary.

Grant slightly less limited rights to women and the Western Women’s Rights folks will rally to our cause. I will personally guarantee the safety of all airline flights. These idiot bombers only bring Western pressure and do not serve our Cause. The world will hail me as a peacemaker.

I would redirect Hezbollah to employ the strategy the Black Panthers did in the 60s; become a militant, defense-oriented unifier of the poor, redirecting resources badly needed in the ghettos such as education and housing. Thus I consolidate the masses under my wing.

I would declare peace with Israel, swiftly establish a Palestinian State and be the guarantor of peace along their border. I would use what we have in common to unify the sects of Islam. Do not we face a greater enemy than each other? Ignorance! Poverty! The whoredom of Western Culture! These are our enemies and we can no longer allow them to divide and conquer us.

I would become the Soviet Union of the Middle East. When it was all under the control of Iran, and by then the high birth rate would have almost consolidated Western Europe into a Muslim majority, Islam would be poised to take over the earth.

I know what you’re thinking. What about Israel? That’s easy, for you must remember that it is a Democracy. Even now it is in danger of its non-Jewish voters becoming a majority. Give it time and it will be assimilated without anyone firing a shot.

Obviously the clerics in Iran are nuts. They are only interested in driving the United States out of the Middle East. They want to destabilize Saudi Arabia and Yemen, bleeding us slowly. They risk however, an eventual conflict between the Shiites and the Sunnis. The Arabs and the Persians are not natural allies and we must use the distrust that exists to our advantage. Israel is a red herring argument that Iran uses to try to gain Muslim sympathy.
