My family and I are traveling to yemen in a few months and I need to know everything I can before we go. I have read many different things and was wondering if anyone could give me any clear cut answers. I need to know how long I can stay and where I can go in NY to get a visa. Thanks in advance for any help.

You can go to the Yemeni Embassy I guess, and it depends on when it expires…
Things you should know about Yemen: Respect people and they respect you back. Don’t insult our culture cause we get angry. You don’t need to where Islamic clothing since this isn’t Saudia Arabia, and some laws are made only to be used on muslims not non muslims. Don’t chew qat, very bad for your health, even if it is just a little bit. Go to Tarim, Yemen if you can, it is the capital of Islamic Culture for this year and it is quite beautiful. Go to the old part of the capital to see old architecture, also beautiful. You should go to Hadrumout and see theManhattann of the Desert. It is an ancient walled city that has sky scrapers usually 16 stories tall. Aden is having some riots, don’t go down there but they do got a nice mall. You should go to Socotra Island, Yemen cause it has beautiful trees only found there, it feels like you are in a different planet lol plus there is a giant cave there that you can go to. The beaches are clean unlike NY cause it isn’t green lol. You can let some guys catch right in front of you at Hudaeda and they cookin-frontront of you. The fish food is great. Hope you enjoy Yemen!
