Change anybody’s mind on what to do with them? Mirandize them in Afghanistan or shoot them in the head?

Then explain why Al Queda grew stronger during the Clinton years.

  3. subwm4bush says:

Yes, he was released by our Bush administration before the decision to close GITMO and hold the terrorists found guilty HERE in our federal prisons. We executed terrorist Timothy McVeigh at Terre Haute, Indiana. Why not do the same with those found guilty?

  4. zaza says:

I’ll bet you did not hear that on the major networks. They protect all muslim terrorists. I wonder why?

  5. Love Canada. says:

You have a country swarming with thousands of repeat offenders, what makes this one different?

  6. Norm says:

I am surprised that it was reported.

  7. AgriCult says:

The only difference between a “good guy” and a “bad guy” is which one fights dirty. The good guy always wins, because he takes the moral high ground, not because he won the fight. This is one of the oldest lessons, we see it time and again in movies, in the bible, in daily life. We could torture people, and spy on everyone, and nuke entire countries, but then we become the bad guy.

  8. Martha says:

    Our boy’s struck again.

  9. Morpheus says:

Oh man – could it be…. another republican lie?

  10. Julia says:

People like those don’t deserve prison.

  11. Mike says:

I missed that but it does not surprise me.

  12. __Synn__ says:

First of all… this is all unconfirmed. There has been no claim of responsibility and the victims were affiliated with Christian groups and were operating in a part of Yemen they had no business being in.

That being said…if it was the guy was released by Bush from Gitmo in 2007, then he was released to the Saudis who were testing out their ability to “de-radicalize” militants. Sounds like their program isn’t exactly a success.

This isn’t an issue we can slam Bush on. He thought there was a solution involving the Saudis and gave it a try.
