*Note: This is not a direct, nor accurate translation. it is not intended to be. I subtitled it quickly in 5 minutes, just for the purpose of at least getting the humour across. I’m too lazy to do word-for-word, but if you’d like to subtitle this yourself, check out overstream.net. Pan-arab news and entertainment channel, mbc, sent a delegate to Japan to observe and learn the ways of their toilets. I subtitled this myself, but not word-for-word. I just tried to capture the essence of the message, while leaving out all the fluff. This was just too funny that I couldn’t let it go without it being shared. As you can see, the amazement and bewildered experiences this guy faces ain’t that much different than ours over in the western hemisphere. Conclusion: Japan really is crazy! I can’t wait for the new season. We’ll see which Arab country is the best I guess lol.

@wisemanleo umm…what i understood from the Tv ad. that they’re gonna compare this time between muslim countries such as Malaysia, the accomplishments they did ,and the Arab countries
i think it’s gonna be interesting, just knowing about the way they live in these countries

Abu. =) ….. i really love this show…it’s displayed on mbc channel every Ramadan …and last ramadan it was about Japan,it showed the aspect of their life and how they’re concern in tiny details just to make the one’s life easier..this was one of 30 episodes..really great show

@gpcgovly Thanks for the info. I didn’t intend for accurate translation, mind you I did it in a quick 5min session. I didn’t think the humor would’ve carried over as well if I went word-for-word translations.
As for butt, isn’t it okay to say “teezak”? It’s the polite, or cutesy way of saying ass, after all. It can be said on TV.

the translation is not accurate , and this is a part of 30 episodes show that shows the aspects of life in japan , they didn’t come to see how Japanese take shit , he is just being funny . by the way , the man didn’t say this terms “butt , poop ” its considered impolite to say so in the Arab culture .
