(There is a story about this airline – I do not know how reliable it is but: A few years ago a guy got on one of their planes in Yemen, and demanded to be flown to Iran. The pilot told him that they would need to refuel in Djibouti, – to which he agreed . When they landed, the pilot marched down the aisle of the plane and punched the hijacker cold. It was a FEMALE pilot!)
The story may be true, Yemenis are crazy about boxing, and the ex-champ ‘Prince Naseem’s wife (also a Yemeni) is a prize winning female boxer.
